How affiliate links work here

• They're marked. Every affiliate link uses rel="sponsored nofollow", opens in a new tab, and is wrapped in a recognizable component on our pages.
• They cost you nothing extra. The price you pay is the same whether you click an affiliate link or go to the retailer directly.
• They don't change our advice. We recommend products based on what fits the question the guide is answering. We don't write recommendations to chase commission rates, and we don't claim first-person testing experience we don't have.
• You don't have to use them. Search the product name on your retailer of choice if you'd rather skip the link.

Editorial independence

Affiliate income funds the site. It does not buy a recommendation, a placement, or a kind word in a guide. If a brand wants their product covered, the only path is for the product to genuinely fit a question we were going to answer anyway.
